Every OWee we try to give a little taste of what the Koornbeurs has to offer. During the day there will be an outside terrace from 13:00 till 21:00 where you can enjoy drinks and relax. And with events every evening in the cellar and attic there is much to see and do!

Monday – Metalcafé/Speakeasy
Cellar: Metalcafé Monday
Do you like metal? Then this is the perfect night for you! We organise a Metalcafé on the second saturday of every month, hence this special edition during the OWee. There will be an awesome lineup of bands that you are sure to enjoy, even if you aren't a total metalhead already!

We have a jazzy evening consisting of port tastings and fancy cocktails right out of the prohibition era in our attic. Alongside this, there will be D&D and card games to fill your evening with fun.

During the associationvisits you can play boardgames with us, when you're done visiting other associations! There will also be a DJ on our terrace so you can (hopefully) chill in the sun. In between dinner and the DnB party we will also be organizing a game of megatwister.

EDM or Electronic Dance Music is another category of music often played at the Koornbeurs. Throughout the year there are open parties where different genres are played, from Drum&Bass to ambient. This Tuesday we have a special line-up of great artists that play the more well known Drum&Bass genre!

Attic – Retro Gaming

This evening you'll be able to play retro games in the attic! We have Wii's, a playstation 2, a GameCube and you can even play some NES and SNES games. Are you a fan of Smash Bros. Melee or Ultimate? Then you'll also feel right at home. Inbetween gaming, you can order tea, coffee or a drink at the bar.
Wednesday – Borrel/D&D/xxxx Tasting

This evening there will be a decadesborrel in the Koornbeurs. Every hour will themed like a decade and bring new mixdrinks and music! So come join us during your favorite decade. During some decades we will also organise some activities.

Thursday – Koornbeurs Open Air/Bandnight/Choco tea attic
Outside – Koornbeurs Open Air (KOA)

The Koornbeurs Open Air or KOA is an event all Koornbeursers look forward to. It’s our own little outside music festival where bands perform on a stage in front of our building. There will also be a special performance of a band all made up of Koornbeurs members who won the yearly band competition that is held at the Koornbeurs. Make sure to come by and enjoy the (hopefully) great weather with live music and drinks at the Koornbeurs terrace.

Even after we have to stop outside the live music will still go on. There will be an exciting evening full of great bands to enjoy. Come by to see some great musicians while the OWee is coming to an end.

To recover from the OWee there will be an abundance of chocolate in the attic. If you still have the energy to make it upstairs you will be rewarded with chocolate milk and fruit, marshmallows and biscuits to dip in chocolate fondue. The perfect event for anyone enjoying a cosy and chill vibe and of course loves chocolate.
